 Students were so busy with their stations and eating a fun lunch, there was no time for photos, but here are a few:

 Room 18 raised the most money during the Dance-A-Thon! 

As a reward, we got to enjoy a delicious Ice Cream Party today!

 Students had a great day participating in different events such as the disc throw, the long jump, the 200 meter race and even a game of dodgeball!

Thursday Challenge!

 Today's challenge was to place playing cards in a 3 x 3 square so that each row, column and diagonal had the same sum! It was tricky!

From the English Department...

 It's time for another Speechtastic!

This time, students are preparing a Book Talk Speech. Students have each chosen a book they have read and are planning a 2-5 minute speech to explain to the audience why they should read their book. 

Students should be sure to have an introduction, a middle (with a short retell of the book as well as a few reasons why someone should read their book) and a conclusion.

Students are reminded to speak clearly with expression and to make eye contact with the audience.

Presentations are Monday, May 12th and Tuesday, May 13th.
