Since 2013, the United Nations has celebrated the International Day of Happiness as a way to recognize the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world.
Room 18 celebrated by sharing things that make them happy,
playing a happy categories game,
dancing to happy songs, and by creating artwork, surrounded by words that make us happy, inspired by the book The Word Collector by Peter H. Reynolds.
Room 18 celebrated by creating art,
creating limericks,
playing probability games,
participating in Two-Minute-to-Win-it challenges,
a spelling challenge,
and by playing Kahoot!
What a fun day!
